Ethereum nie je altcoin

Technicky možno nie, ale podľa nového názvu Ethereum Classic je to fork Etherea. Forky totižto nesú nový názov, iný od pôvodného. Originálny názov je Ethereum, názov jeho samostatnej odnože Ethereum Classic. Záleží na tom, ktorá komunita si nechá pôvodný názov a ktorá si dá nový forkový názov.

Pretože Ethereum je vo svojej podstate len kód v počítači, dáva nám to možnosť robiť s peniazmi veci, ktoré boli predtým nemysliteľné. Ethereum je v súčasnosti na 12 % svojho ATH, XRP nedosahuje ani 10 % a podobne to vyzerá s väčšinou kryptomien. Toto je graf dominancie Bitcoinu: Túto situáciu spôsobil fakt, že väčšina altcoinov nie je podporená fundamentmi a zatiaľ čo Bitcoinu sa nedá uprieť silné momentum a záujem inštitúcií po celom svete, väčšina Jej cieľom je utajiť obsah komunikácie pred tretími stranami, ktorým správa či dáta nie sú určené. Tu treba zdôrazniť, že aj keď sa im hovorí krypto-meny, nie každá kryptomena má cieľom byť menou, preto sa im niekedy hovorí aj krypto-aktíva.
